These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okiplay ("okiplay", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the okiplay online gaming platform accessible at okiplay.vip, including all games, services, features, and content made available therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing your okiplay account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. • Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. okiplay strictly prohibits access by minors. Registering a false date of birth to circumvent this requirement constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to verify that your participation in online gambling is lawful in your place of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally restricted from gambling activities — including self-excluded individuals — are not permitted to register.
• Identity: You must register using your true legal name, date of birth, and contact details as reflected on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• One Account: You may only maintain one (1) active okiplay account at any time. Holding multiple accounts — whether registered in your own name or via third parties — is strictly prohibited.

okiplay is required to verify the identity of all players prior to permitting withdrawals and, in some circumstances, prior to permitting continued deposits. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, or Passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance dated within 90 days)
• Source of funds documentation as may be requested for accounts with high transaction volumes

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by okiplay may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. okiplay reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okiplay account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. okiplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Do not share your okiplay login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not access your okiplay account from devices you do not own or control, particularly public terminals.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available and recommended by okiplay.
• Report any unauthorized access or suspected breach of your account to okiplay support immediately via live chat.

An okiplay account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. okiplay may contact you via your registered communication details before applying any inactivity fees as permitted under applicable regulations. Any applicable inactivity fees will be disclosed to you prior to deduction.

okiplay accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform's deposit page, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts are stated per payment method on the deposit interface. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless the selected method operates in another currency, in which case conversion rates apply.

okiplay does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Any fees imposed by your financial institution, e-wallet provider, or payment gateway are beyond okiplay's control and are borne by the player.

• Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits to your okiplay account, or to verified bank accounts registered in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is stated per method on the withdrawal page. okiplay aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to verification status and provider processing times.
• okiplay reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request at its discretion, particularly for large or unusual transactions.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements is not permitted. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds in breach of terms may result in forfeiture of those funds.
• okiplay does not transfer funds to third parties. Withdrawals must be made to accounts owned by the registered player.

okiplay may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category will be stated in each promotion's terms. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be met within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria. okiplay reserves the right to decline any bonus application at its discretion.

All bets placed on okiplay — whether on casino games, slots, sports, sabong, bingo, or any other game category — are governed by the specific rules of that game as published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. okiplay does not permit the cancellation or modification of confirmed wagers except as expressly permitted by the relevant game rules.
• okiplay uses independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all eligible games. Live casino games use real cards, wheels, and dice operated by trained croupiers streamed from professional studio environments.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game integrity, okiplay reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and refund stakes. Winnings derived from a malfunction shall not be honored.

• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at okiplay's discretion. Any bet placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — whether through latency or any other cause — will be void.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time is reached, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports rules published on the okiplay platform.

okiplay is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods, identity theft, or misrepresentation of identity during registration or KYC.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker and live casino games.
• Software Exploitation: Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the okiplay platform without human input, unless expressly permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including but not limited to multi-accounting, chip dumping, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies used solely to satisfy rollover requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using the okiplay platform to launder funds of illicit origin or to obfuscate the source of funds.
• Chargebacks: Filing unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes against legitimate okiplay transactions. Players who file fraudulent chargebacks will be liable for all associated costs incurred by okiplay.

okiplay employs active fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed and forfeited funds will not be returned. okiplay may also refer such cases to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okiplay platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any element of the platform. Any unauthorised use of okiplay intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okiplay's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okiplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

okiplay does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. okiplay will endeavour to minimise downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

okiplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the okiplay platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used to administer your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and where you have consented, to communicate promotional offers. okiplay does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

okiplay reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the okiplay platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okiplay platform shall first be submitted to okiplay's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority. The language of dispute proceedings shall be English, which is the governing language of these Terms.
